This "grungy" tune contains some cool riffs. This intro riff is quite simple and leads to the catchy verse riff (see second video). Sell the kids FOR FOOD!!

This heavy riff nicely illustrates how "chicken scratching" (= damping strings with left hand while strumming with right thand) sounds with loads of grungy distortion. The coolest riff on the Nevermind album? See glossary if you don't understand the terminology.
