Today's lesson features a trademark Kiss riff, the "God of Thunder" riff is both heavy and melodic at the same time . Writing such a riff while maintaining simplicity is not an easy thing to do.

A tricky thing about this lesson is the slight rhythmic displacement which occurs between the notes marked in red. Just make sure to listen carefully to the actual recording - and you should be able to nail it.

The hammer-ons ("5h7") are done very fast - so that the note you are actually hearing is the hammered-on "7", the "5" goes by quickly.

Good luck! /Kris
